One of them presented a preliminary project idea that would work on actions related to to data intelligence, artificial intelligence and mathematical modeling.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n The first contact with this company was made by Marcelo Dannus, CEO of Paipe, together with our partners Rog\u00e9rio Nath, CEO of 4Show, and Prof. Rodrigo Dalla Vecchia. The scope of the project was discussed and agreed upon in the initial stages, with a clear discussion of the needs, objectives and expected results, mapping the entire process, opportunities and desires of the client, focusing on the main problem.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n It is a company with more than 12 years of history that delivers connectivity solutions <\/strong>M2M\/IoT<\/strong><\/em> for all of Brazil.<\/strong> It helps its customers achieve maximum communication potential between devices, serving various applications in the most varied segments. Its purpose is to deliver the best Telecom experience for the Internet of Things market (IoT<\/em>).<\/p>\n One of its solutions is ensure connectivity in fleet vehicle tracking for large logistics companies<\/strong>, which monitor and track trips in real time.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The challenge was to efficiently identify possible anomalies in transmission towers (antennas). When cargo vehicles are offline<\/em>, due to lack of mobile data, become vulnerable to theft and loss. Therefore, keep the <\/strong>SIM cards<\/strong><\/em> operating is vital for delivery companies.<\/strong><\/p>\n Any problems that occurred previously due to lack of connectivity were reported by the customers themselves. However, due to the more than 280 thousand antennas, this process became humanly impossible. Therefore, the objective of the project was precisely to reverse this process. This makes it possible to predict possible failures in the company's networks, <\/strong>that can inform customers about the measures to be taken. This is what the customer who contacted Paipe was looking for.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Based on this, Paipe, in co-creation with the client, generated a model that was fed back by the company's internal team, allowing both parties to share information and knowledge. The project applies AI (artificial intelligence) with mathematical algorithms and machine learning concepts to identify anomalies in signal transmission towers. YES<\/em> cards <\/em>in real time.<\/p>\n The AI algorithm, linked to a dashman<\/em>, spends the whole day diagnosing the client's company network, learning from each incident and warning in advance of possible failures.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cToday, with the technology we have built, they know minute by minute <\/strong><\/em>what is going wrong, and they can now talk to customers, assist them, inform them that there is a problem, and that they are taking all possible actions to resolve it.\u201d<\/em> \u2013 Rodrigo Dalla Vecchia<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n For the algorithm to be able to perform this quick reading, statistical techniques are used, together with machine learning,<\/em> and AI techniques, which help in making safe decisions.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n One of the biggest challenges of the project was to create a lightweight algorithm that would deliver this information every minute. The algorithm currently takes 20 to 30 seconds to run, compared to around two minutes previously, making the process much faster.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Among some information that the dashboard<\/em> The platform features:<\/p>\n <\/p>\n This solution improves the level of service delivered to the customer.
